By using Mazegen, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Mazegen is a free, browser-based maze generator with optional peer-to-peer multiplayer features. No account is required. Maze generation runs client-side; multiplayer uses direct WebRTC connections between browsers.

Permitted Use

Personal, educational, and commercial use of generated mazes is permitted. Users retain all rights to their own uploaded images. You may download, print, and use mazes you create with Mazegen for any lawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Mazegen app code and design are the property of the creator. Sample images in the gallery are original AI-generated artwork created for Mazegen. For details, see the Disclaimer.

User Conduct

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service. Do not use the chat or multiplayer features to harass, spam, or transmit harmful content. Use Mazegen in a manner that does not interfere with or disrupt the service or other users.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

The creator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Mazegen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith to the extent possible.
